Before Filling Out the Imagination Expressed 2023 Online Registration Form

Have you carefully read and understood the Prospectus?

This is a non-juried show. You may enter up to three artworks either 2D or 3D and multiple 3D Case entries. Artworks will be accepted according to the total number of entries and available space at the Museum. Please register early!

Are you a 2023 member of PAL? You must be a member by end of Registration on Tuesday, January 10.

Membership is required. If not a member, become a member HERE

Do you intend to have the show entry fee waived by being a member of the Museum on Main (MoM)?

You must be a member of MoM by end of Registration on Tuesday, January 10. Become a member of MoM HERE.

Are your images in format .jpeg or .jpg and only of the artwork itself (and not artwork and frame)? Are they the right size?

Your image will look better in the subsequent online viewing if it is 1200 pixels on the longest side (see examples below). Entered images greater than 1200 px on the longest side will be resized to 1200 px on the longest side. You will not be allowed to upload images greater than 2 MB. By resizing correctly before uploading, you save on committee time, email size and server space.

Longest side vs image size:  Click on a thumbnail to view image. The captions below the images are the number of pixels of the longest side. Would you want your artwork to be viewed at 300 px, 400 px or even 800 px when other artworks are being viewed at 1200 px? Unfortunately, you cannot resize up.

Have you renamed images to lastnamefirstname_title (for example: SmithJoe_Fog.jpg)?

You can abbreviate the title if necessary, but it is important we can identify your images as yours.

Can you easily locate your images for uploading?

Can you fill in the framed size (width x height in inches) of your 2D artwork?

On frame sizes, round up to the nearest inch.

For entry of sizes smaller than 10 inches, a zero must be added before the size – 03 instead of 3.

Can you fill in the 3D size (length x width x height in inches) of any 3D artwork?

On 3D sizes, round up to the nearest inch. For entry of sizes smaller than 10 inches, a zero must be added before the size – 03 instead of 3.

If you have multiple 3D Case artworks to enter, have you filled out a copy of the CaseRequest.xlsx, renamed it to lastnamefirstname_CaseRequest.xlsx (for example SmithJoe_CaseRequest.xlsx)?

Download CaseRequest.xlsx HERE. Fill it out and rename.

If you have multiple 3D Case artworks to enter, can you locate your lastnamefirstname_CaseRequest.xlsx on your computer?
