Linda Beach is a landscape artist who has returned to her New England roots. The rolling hills, fields, vineyards, poppies, and lupine were her muse when she called Livermore Valley home. Now she is inspired by walks on the beach, the changing tides, sand dunes, salt marshes, beach roses, and wildflowers of Cape Cod.
Beach earned a BA at Wilson College, PA and a MS in Art Education at Central Connecticut State. Linda taught K-8 art in schools and through LARPD in Livermore. She has studied with Clark Mitchell, Kim Lordier, Terri Ford, and others. Her work has been featured at Wilson College, Wente Vineyards, and in group and juried shows at the Harrington Gallery and other Bay Area venues.
Linda Beach now lives in Yarmouthport, Massachusetts where she is a plein air painter with the Addison Gallery. Her award winning pastels are displayed in many homes in the Livermore Valley. She is grateful for the support of many collectors throughout the country.
