Art Exhibit Flats and Equipment Rental
Did you know that The Pleasanton Art League rents Exhibit Art Flats to our member artists? We also occasionally rent Flats, Tables and Signs to Local Schools and for Studio Tours, as well. Please look for the Application for Rental of PAL’s Art Exhibit Flats and Equipment located here.
Conditions for the use of Pleasanton Art League property:
- Equipment is available to PAL members, or organizations affiliated with PAL.
- Equipment is to be used only at art related events.
- Usual use period is 4 days. Rentals for longer than that require prior approval by the PAL President.
- Using artist/renter is responsible for arranging with the PAL President for the pick-up and returns. PLEASE NOTE: Transportation and set-up of PAL’s equipment is the sole responsibility of the Artist/Renter. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as supplied, except for normal wear and tear. The cost of replacement for lost, or repair of damaged equipment is the sole responsibility of the using artist/renter. PAL President will make determinations.
