Rekha Joshi
Watercolor/Mixed Media

Rekha is the active member of many art clubs and has worked as a graphic artist and Illustrator for several years. She is the recepient of several awards. She has also been conducting art classes for several years. She has Masters degree in Fine Arts from University of Bombay.

Generally artists are focused on single media, but Rekha works in mix media. Her favorite media is watercolor. Painting is her passion.

She has her own strict rules to make sure that there is quality in every piece she makes. She thrives for perfection. For the past several years she has explored several artistic areas.

She has successfully handled many big projects for the organizations like BMM (Brihan Maharashtra Mandal), Hindu Sangam (Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh) where she managed huge stage decorations. Visitors to the Diwali Mela organised by Chamber of Commerce, in Cupertino saw the huge painting of famous Taj Mahal. When she is not creating, she enjoys her time with her family in California.
